We provide services through multiple communication channels encompassing phone, e-mail, web, chat, social media, and digital self-service.
Our EMEA business employs over 2, 400 employees, across 5 sites in 4 countries. We provide customer services and technical support for our clients in a variety of industries; including financial, healthcare, communications, and IT in 20+ languages.
